Getting your new bathroom in 2021

As we are currently being advised by Government guidelines about returning to work and social distancing, I am putting the following precautions in place:

• When I arrive at your property, I will be wearing a face mask and gloves, I will have used hand sanitiser before I put on my gloves.
• When I knock on your door and you answer, I would ask that you step back from the door to allow for a clear 2m distance between us. When I enter the property, please direct me to the room you have asked me to look at so that I can proceed directly to this in order to take measurements etc.
• If you could consider where would be most suitable for us to discuss your requirements after I have measured the room, so as to keep a distance of 2m apart. if the weather is fine then this could be done in the garden or across a large enough kitchen.
• I am in the process of introducing virtual reality software, which will greatly reduce the need for face to face meetings.
